Durable, wicking, anti-wrinkle 65% poly 35% cotton blend twill fabric. Ribbon continues over the crown and around the bill. Cotton twill tape sweatband in black, with elastic in the back for a forgiving fit. The default bill (5cm/2″ deep and 18cm/7″ wide) is filled your choice of durable, shapeable HDPE plastic or durable, packable, soft polyester fiber. The cap shown in the photos has robin’s egg blue ribbon and a plastic-filled 5cm deep bill.
To care for it, hand wash cool or warm, air dry hung or dry flat. Iron hot.
- You can have this cap in any size from newborn to 25 inches and beyond. Measure around your head where you would like the cap sweatband to sit. This measurement doesn’t have to be precise, just close.
- Choose a ribbon color (or don’t) from the photo at left – those are colors I stock. Dozens of other colors are available for $5 extra, but you might have to wait a little longer (up to a month) for your cap.
- Choose between a regular 5cm deep bill or a shorter 4cm bill. Choose between a plastic-stiffened bill or a soft fiber-filled bill. The longer bill gives better shade. People with neck troubles usually prefer the shorter bill. The soft bill is my favorite.
