Ira Ryan Cycles cycling caps are made in Portland by Little Package with materials purchased in Portland and screened at Oregon Screen Impressions. These are constructed of a very sturdy deep black 100% cotton twill with a 5/8″ off-white polyester centerline grosgrain ribbon. The 5cm deep bill is stuffed with a nice sturdy shapeable plastic which is resistant to warping and cracking. One size fits heads 55-59cm.
The original style features Ira’s logo on one side panel and two swallows on the other side panel. Several swallows can also be found flying around under the bill as well.
After wearing caps on and off the bike for years these caps are the best thing since sliced bread and pneumatic tires. Tailwinds! –Ira Ryan
